To get yourself ready for a trip you have to seek the basic things that work well in every situation that will show up.
After getting everything together, or even before it all, get the papers ready. Buy the ticket and with the correct access to your money you may reach some other place to release some steam that is blocking your current desire. I cannot tell and I will never seek. But I can assume that it is something. Based on the brain that is working to reach some objective, just focus on the current task.
If you have the bag ready and the money, not much is needed. Do not forget to bring what you use in the bathroom. Also if you need some kind of drug. Tools are good, depending on your job. Do not forget which one it is.
